One day there will be no Nerf Gun on the table…
One day there will be no rocks in their pockets…
One day there will be no more bruised knees, or cut fingers…
One day there will be no holes in the jeans…
No silly bands, Hotwheels cars, or knacks on the dresser…
No toy soldiers in the bathroom…
No toys on the stairs…
No messy room that tells you it’s a boys room…
Even though these things can make for a messy house…
Frazzled nervous…
Tiring parents…
I will mess them terribly…
Parents enjoy these things for one day they will be gone.
Can anyone relate?

I remember certain things from my childhood that really has no significance whatsoever; I especially remember most events that have taken place around the Christmas season. I remember for several Christmas in a row, I’d always asked for Legos and never got them, I have always thought that to be strange, it’s not like Legos are all that expensive. And you know what I’m not that only one, turns out a lot of my friends remember asking for something several years in a row and not getting that toy.
So I thought it be neat to see what was that one toy that you wanted, but did not get. I bet you remember!
